. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED AT THE PARK
A. SCHEELS Sports Park is a cashless facility and only accepts credit or debit card payments.

ARE PETS ALLOWED
A. No, pets are not allowed at SCHEELS Sports Park. However, service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome to accompany their handlers while on-site. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support DO NOT qualify as service animals under the ADA. For more information, please reference the ADA’s FAQ on service animals.

CAN WE TAILGATE IN THE PARKING LOT
A. Tailgating is not permitted at SCHEELS Sports Park.

. CAN I BRING A WAGON INTO THE PARK
A. Wagons will not be permitted inside of any of the SCHEELS Sorts Park facilities.

. CAN I BRING A WAGON IF I AM A COACH
A. No, our wagon policy applies to everyone visiting SCHEELS Sports Park.

ARE COOLERS PERMITTED
A. No - coolers, hard or soft, are not permitted.

IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED
A. No. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on Scheels Sports Park property.

IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE?
A. At this time, SCHEELS Sports Park does not offer public Wi-Fi. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and use their own mobile data while on-site.

. ARE THERE CLEAT RESTRICTIONS
A. Yes. Metal cleats are NOT allowed. Only molded cleats, tennis shoes and turf shoes are permitted.

Q. IS THE PARK ADA ACCESSIBLE
A. Yes, SCHEELS Sports Park is ADA accessible. The facility is designed with accessible entrances, restrooms, seating areas and pathways to ensure all guests can enjoy their experience.

HOW BIG IS THE SPRINGFIELD CLINIC DOME
A. The Springfield Clinic Dome is 196,625 square feet, making it the largest air supported sports dome in the world.

WHAT IS INSIDE THE SPRINGFIELD CLINIC DOME
A. There are six basketball courts that will convert into 12 volleyball courts. Five batting cage lanes, and a full-size multipurpose turf soccer field that will convert into two college sized softball fields.

HOW MANY OUTDOOR FIELDS DOES SCHEELS SPORTS PARK HAVE
A. There are eight multipurpose lighted turf fields. These fields are 400’ baseball fields that can be refigured for softball, soccer, lacrosse and more. In addition, these fields can convert into 15 collegiate size softball fields, and two of the eight are championship fields equipped with stadium seating and video boards.

WHAT IS THE LOST & FOUND POLICY
A. An accurate description of the item and valid photo ID must be presented. Unclaimed items will be discarded/donated seven calendar days after the date the item is received by the venue.

DOES SSP PROVIDE SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR TEAMS
A. Teams are responsible for bringing their own equipment. SCHEELS Sports Park does not provide sports equipment for practices, games, or tournaments.

CAN I WATCH GAMES ONLINE
A. Teams will have live streaming capabilities in the park. This feature will be coming soon, so be sure to stay up to date with your favorite teams.
