WHAT ARE THE FACILITY RULES?

is ssp a cashless facility?

Yes. SCHEELS Sports Park is a cashless facility. All electronic forms of payment are accepted.

HOW MANY OUTDOOR FIELDS DO YOU HAVE?

There are eight multipurpose lighted turf fields.

HOW BIG IS THE SPRINGFIELD CLINIC DOME?

The Springfield Clinic Dome is 196,625 sq ft.

WHAT IS INSIDE THE SPRINGFIELD CLINIC DOME?

6 basketball courts that convert into 12 volleyball courts, 5 batting cages, 350ft x 280ft turf field.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

WHERE CAN I PARK?

The park hosts 2,500 parking spaces for spectators and has three additional “overflow parking” options.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed. ADA Service Dogs are permitted..

Can We tailgate in the parking lot?

No. Tailgating is not permitted.

Can I bring a wagon into the park?

Wagons will not be permitted for indoor events but can be used outdoors.

CAN I BRING A WAGON IF I AM A COACH OR UMPIRE?

Wagons will not be permitted for indoor events, but can be used outdoors.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

No. No outside food is allowed on the park. Our park accommodates dietary restrictions & allergy sensitivity

WHAT FOOD IS SERVED ON THE PARK?

(LINK TO MENU). Each week offers additional specialty items.

ARE COOLERS PERMITTED?

No. Coolers & outside food/beverage are not permitted.

IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED?

No. Smoking & vaping are strictly prohibited on the property.

IS THERE PUBLIC WI-FI?

No. We encourage our guests to utilize cellular service & hotspots.

IS THE PARK ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. The park has accessible entrances, restrooms, seating areas & pathways.

WHAT IS THE LOST & FOUND POLICY?

Unclaimed items will be discarded/donated seven calendar days after they are lost.

CAN I WATCH GAMES ONLINE?

This feature will be COMING SOON!

CAN I LIVE STREAM THE GAME?

Check with your event host regarding streaming. Do NOT hang cameras /phones on the nets.

CAN I COME OUT & SEE THE PARK?

Tours must be scheduled prior to your visit.

ATHLETE/TEAM INFORMATION

HOW DO I FIND WHERE MY ATHLETE IS PLAYING?

HOW DO I GET A FIELD/COURT FOR MY TEAM?

Single & recurring rentals are available for teams, clubs, & leagues. Email us at info@scheelssportspark.com

WHERE DO I FIND MY TEAM’S SCHEDULE?

Your event host will share the event schedule with coaches and families.

WHAT SHOES CAN MY ATHLETE WEAR?

Only molded cleats, tennis shoes & turf shoes are permitted. No metal cleats.

DOES SSP PROVIDE SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR TEAMS?

Teams are responsible for bringing their own equipment unless communicated at time of rental.
