Springfield Clinic Dome
The largest air Supported Sports dome in the world!
The SCHEELS Sports Park indoor dome is designed to host multiple sports and events simultaneously, ensuring that every athlete, spectator, and event attendee enjoys a premium experience.
Spanning an incredible 196,625 square feet, it is the largest of its kind, offering a climate-controlled environment that ensures year-round play and competition. This multi-sport facility is equipped to host everything from elite tournaments and community recreation to large scale evcents, vendor fairs, and more.
Inside the dome, you’ll find:
- 6 full-sized basketball courts
- 12 volleyball courts
- Multi-purpose 350’ x 280’ turf field
- 2 softball fields
- 5 batting cages
With its expansive layout and flexible configurations, our indoor facility is designed to host multiple sports and events simultaneously, ensuring that every athlete, spectator, and event attendee enjoys a premium experience.

Trained staff and first aid kits are available on site. If you need medical assistance, notify the nearest staff member immediately.

Weather conditions are closely monitored. If severe weather occurs, announcements will be made, and guests will be directed to the appropriate shelter areas.
Outdoor complex
Beyond the Springfield Clinic Dome, SCHEELS Sports Park features an impressive outdoor complex, offering elite level playing fields and event spaces for various sports and gatherings.
Our outdoor amenities include:
- 8 Multipurpose Lighted Turf Fields
- 6 six 400' baseball fields that can be reconfigured for softball, soccer, lacrosse, and more. Two full-sized soccer/football fields can be reconfigured to accommodate other sports.
- 2 Championship Fields -Equipped with stadium seating and video boards, these fields create a professional atmosphere for high-stake games.

The Yard serves as a dynamic hub for entertainment and social engagement.
- A 27,0000 square foot event space
- Designed for community gatherings, concerts, fan experiences and special events.
- Doubles as a Miracle Field, which provides an inclusive, ADA-accessible field for all abilities.

- Reservation Only. Entry permitted during schedule times with approval
- Facility may cloe at any time for safety concerns.
Prohibited Items
- Outside food or drink (except bottles or jugs of water)
- Personal coolers
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles or wheeled devices
- Smoking, vaping, tobacco products
- Outside sporting equipment for entertainment purposes
- Pets (ADA service animals permitted; emotional support animals do not qualify)
Field and Equipment
- No metal spikes, gum, or sunflower seeds on the turf
- Do not hang on nets or climb fence
- Lift equipment - do not hang
- All field markings/signage must be pre-approved
Conduct
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No violent, thretening, or abusive behavior
- No disorderly conduct, profanity, or solicitation

Vendors and Sales
- No merchandise sales or concessions without approval
