general safety
The safety of our guests, athletes and staff is our top priority. Please help keep our park safe by being aware of your surroundings and following staff instructions at all times.
For everyone's safety, please refrain from running in common areas, respect park rules, and report any suspicious activity or unsafe conditions to staff right away.
We appreciate your cooperation in making the park a safe and enjoyable place for all.
First Aid
Trained staff and first aid kits are available on site. If you need medical assistance, notify the nearest staff member immediately.
Severe Weather
Weather conditions are closely monitored. If severe weather occurs, announcements will be made, and guests will be directed to the appropriate shelter areas.
Springfield Clinic Dome

The SCHEELS Sports Park indoor dome is designed to host multiple sports and events simultaneously, ensuring that every athlete, spectator, and event attendee enjoys a premium experience.
Spanning an incredible 196,625 square feet, it is the largest of its kind, offering a climate-controlled environment that ensures year-round play and competition. This multi-sport facility is equipped to host everything from elite tournaments and community recreation to large scale events, vendor fairs, and more.
Inside the dome, you’ll find:
- 6 full-sized basketball courts
- 12 volleyball courts
- Multi-purpose 350’ x 280’ turf field
- 2 softball fields
- 5 batting cages
With its expansive layout and flexible configurations, our indoor facility is designed to host multiple sports and events simultaneously, ensuring that every athlete, spectator, and event attendee enjoys a premium experience.

Outdoor complex
Beyond the Springfield Clinic Dome, SCHEELS Sports Park features an impressive outdoor complex, offering elite level playing fields and event spaces for various sports and gatherings.
Our outdoor amenities include:
- 8 Multipurpose Lighted Turf Fields
- 6 six 400' baseball fields that can be reconfigured for softball, soccer, lacrosse, and more. Two full-sized soccer/football fields can be reconfigured to accommodate other sports.
- 2 Championship Fields -Equipped with stadium seating and video boards, these fields create a professional atmosphere for high-stake games.

The Yard
The Yard serves as a dynamic hub for entertainment, community collaboration, and social engagement.

- Doubles as a Miracle Field, which provides an inclusive, ADA-accessible field for all abilities.

Prohibited Items
- Outside food or drink
- Personal coolers
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles or wheeled devices
- Smoking, vaping, tobacco products
- Outside sporting equipment for entertainment purposes
- Pets (ADA service animals permitted; emotional support animals do not qualify)
Field and Equipment
- Fields and Courts are available by reservation only
- No metal spikes, gum, or sunflower seeds on the turf
- Do not hang anything on nets
- Do not enter field until your team's reserved session
- Please request assistance when moving large equipment
Conduct
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No violent, threatening, or abusive behavior
- No disorderly conduct, profanity, or solicitation
- Those who violate conduct standards will be asked to vacate the premises
parking
SCHEELS Sports Park has more than 2,500 parking spaces available parking on-site and several overflow parking areas throughout the property. During our larger events, courtesy shuttles sponsored by our friends at Colman's RV will be provided for park visitors.
- No overnight parking
- Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense
- Campers, RVs, and Busses are welcome to park in a designated overflow parking area. See a park employee for assistance.

Facility Access
- Fields, Courts, and Event Spaces are available by reservation only. To book your reservation, contact us at info@scheelssportspark.com
- Your athlete/team can gain access to your reserved area 15 min prior to your event
- For ticketed events, tickets can be purchased at the entrance of your event. Outdoor events, enter under the Large SCHEELS Sports Park sign. Indoor events, enter through the doors marked "THE DOME"
- Safety comes first: Facility may close at any time for safety concerns. Please adhere to the park employee's instructions.
- SCHEELS Sports Park will host many free events for the community for guest tours. For the safety of our staff, athletes, fans, family and friends, SCHEELS Sports Park is not open for unannounced walk throughs.

FOOD
SCHEELS Sports Park has a full Food and Beverage Department serving the park for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and events. The menu includes healthy food options as well as allergy sensitive items to ensure all can stay fueled throughout their event.
SCHEELS Sports Park offers meal deals, team meals, catered events, and special banquet menus. If you have an idea, the team can make it happen.

MERCHANDISE
SCHEELS Sports Park "swag" is available onsite or through the online store.
Guests can visit the Grab & Go or the Market to grab all the items they didn't know they needed. Everything from umbrellas and sunscreen to fidget toys and ice packs are available.
COMING SOON: SIDELINE Engraving and Apparel will be onsite to purchase special sports themed gifts as well as personalized items for the athlete and fan you love.
